Tenju Deluxe Folding Pruning Saw 330mm with Wooden Handle [Blade Length: 330mm / 0.6mm Ultra-Thin Blade / Japanese High-Carbon Tool Steel / Natural Wooden Handle / Long Reach]

Description

Manufactured by Tenju Blade Co., Ltd. in Yamagata Prefecture, Japan, the Deluxe Folding Pruning Saw 330mm is an extended long-reach folding saw engineered for heavy-duty orchard maintenance and large garden tree pruning. Combining traditional craftsmanship with modern Japanese blade technology, it features a contoured Natural Wooden Handle that absorbs hand moisture to deliver an adaptive, non-slip grip during heavy pulling operations.

Crafted from premium Japanese High-Carbon Tool Steel, the extra-long 330mm blade features Tenju’s signature 0.6mm Ultra-Thin Blade Profile. Despite its long cutting edge, this ultra-thin geometry significantly reduces friction resistance within timber, allowing the blade to bite smoothly and glide effortlessly through thicker limbs and heavy branches. The Medium-Fine Tooth Geometry ensures smooth, catch-free cut starts and prevents bark tearing upon exit cuts. Precision mirror-grinding produces smooth, glass-like cut surfaces that protect living fruit trees and ornamental timber against decay and fungal infection.

Replacement Blade Compatibility:

This saw utilizes Tenju's universal 330mm blade mounting system. It accepts the standard Tenju Replacement Blade 330mm (the exact same blade model used for the Tenju Sheathed Pruning Saw 330mm series), allowing effortless, cost-effective blade swaps throughout the saw's service life.

Key Features & Performance:

0.6mm Ultra-Thin Blade Core: Minimizes surface drag and cutting resistance for smooth, high-velocity pull cuts through thick limbs.

Extended 330mm Long-Reach Blade: Maximizes cutting leverage and stroke efficiency when clearing heavy orchard branches and mature garden trees.

Premium Natural Wooden Handle: Traditional timber grip offers exceptional balance, absorbs perspiration, and molds comfortably to the hand.

Medium-Fine Tooth Geometry: Delivers bite-free cut starts and clean exit cuts without tearing or splintering live bark.

Mirror-Smooth Cut Finish: Leaves exceptionally clean cut surfaces that accelerate plant recovery and prevent timber decay.

Universal 330mm Replacement System: Fully compatible with standard Tenju 330mm replacement blades (shared with Tenju 330mm sheathed saws).
