Manufactured by Silky (UM Kogyo) in Ono, Japan, the Gomboy 240 Medium Teeth (121-24) is a versatile, long-reach folding saw engineered for maximum cutting efficiency. Combining a 240mm blade with a balanced 505mm extended length, it provides superior stroke leverage for medium-to-large branch pruning, greenwood cutting, trade timber work, and outdoor camping tasks.

The blade is crafted from premium Japanese SK4 High-Carbon Steel and features Silky’s proprietary Mirai-Me Technology. Precision-ground without tooth set (Non-Set Teeth), it produces exceptionally smooth, clean cuts that minimize bark damage and promote fast tree healing. With Impulse Hardened Teeth, the cutting edge retains extreme sharpness up to three times longer than standard blades across rip, cross, and slant cutting angles.

The heavy-duty steel-core handle is overmolded with a non-slip Elastomer Rubber Grip, absorbing vibration and providing a secure hold in wet or cold conditions. A robust 2-Position Locking Mechanism allows easy blade angle adjustment for standard cutting or flush-cut tasks in tight spaces.
