Founded in 1946 crafting traditional Ikebana shears, Onotetsu combines in-house precision tooling with skilled manual hand-finishing.

Unlike standard shears held in the non-dominant hand, this tool features a true left-handed mirror-image construction. The primary cutting blade, counter-blade, and pivot assembly are completely reversed. This grants left-handed operators clear cut-line visibility while ensuring that natural hand squeezing pressure pulls the blades together rather than pushing them apart.
