Unlike mass-produced tools, each Hishika blade undergoes a traditional full-blade heat treatment. Master blacksmiths individually hand-temper the high-carbon steel plate, creating an optimal balance of steel elasticity, long-lasting tooth bite, and silky pull-stroke performance.
