To resist the heavy friction caused by folding saw metal frames and handles, the N-1 Medium features an expanded 42mm leather loop neck (ベルト通し部 革幅42mm) at the top of the holster. This wide leather construction prevents sagging and tearing under heavy daily job-site use. Formed from thick genuine cowhide extending through the 50mm belt loop, it delivers effortless drawing and re-sheathing ("取出す・収める") for rapid pruning work.
